Hi, I’m Nicole , the owner of Level Up Playground Consulting & Equipment. My journey started in early childhood education, where I spent years as a classroom teacher working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Those early days — sitting on the floor with kids, supporting families, and watching children learn through play — shaped everything I believe about what a great play environment should be.
As I grew in the field, I moved into leadership roles, first supporting a single center and eventually overseeing multiple locations. I’ve hired and coached teachers, managed licensing and safety requirements, balanced budgets, and navigated the daily realities of running high‑quality early childhood programs. Because I’ve lived every layer of this work, I understand exactly what educators, directors, and organizations need — and what they’re up against.
Over time, my career expanded into broader leadership positions where I led teams, managed complex projects, and supported organizations across the country. No matter how far I advanced, my heart stayed rooted in early childhood. And that’s exactly what led me into the playground industry.
As I began working in playground sales and supporting large‑scale play projects, I saw the same challenges over and over again. Schools, childcare centers, and communities were overwhelmed by the process. Safety standards were confusing. Equipment options felt endless. And too often, buyers were left without clear, honest guidance. I realized that my background — understanding child development, operations, safety, and the realities of early childhood environments — gave me a unique ability to help.
That’s why I created Level Up.
My mission is simple: to make the playground buying process easier, clearer, and more supportive for the people who serve children every day. I combine my early childhood roots with years of leadership and project experience to help you make confident, informed decisions that truly benefit kids.
When you work with me, you get:
I bring the heart of a teacher and the skill of a seasoned leader to every project. My goal is to help you create play environments where all children can grow, explore, and thrive — and to make the process feel manageable, supportive, and even exciting.
I’m grateful you’re here, and I’d love to help you level up your play space.
