Commercial Playground Installation
Installation services are available for commercial playground projects. A qualified and insured professional can be arranged to handle the setup, and quotes are provided upon request. The goal is to ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient installation process from start to finish.
Payment Requirements
Full payment is typically required upfront due to the custom nature of many products. Exceptions can be made for governmental entities through approved purchase orders. All payments must be received prior to the start of installation.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is not currently available. Due to the size and nature of playground LTL shipments, most freight carriers are unable to guarantee faster delivery. Unless otherwise noted, all products ship according to the estimated lead times listed on each product page.
Estimated Lead Time
Estimated lead time refers to the amount of time it typically takes for a product to be prepared and shipped after an order is placed. For many commercial playground items, manufacturing begins only once the order is received. For example, if the lead time is listed as 8 to 10 weeks, that means it will take approximately 8 to 10 weeks for the product to be manufactured, packaged, and shipped from the warehouse.
Delivery Requirements
Depending on the items ordered, you may need appropriate equipment to unload your delivery—especially for large or heavy playground components. Commercial customers typically have a few days to inspect and inventory the shipment. Please be prepared to check your delivery promptly upon arrival. Delivery Scheduling
The freight carrier will contact the phone number provided with your order to arrange a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made on weekdays during standard business hours. Within those parameters, the carrier will work with you to find a suitable time. To avoid waiting around, you can request a call from the driver approximately 30 minutes before arrival when scheduling your delivery.
Sales Tax Exemptions
Sales tax is collected in states where it is legally required, based on guidance from accounting advisors. Any applicable tax will be shown in the shopping cart or included in commercial quotes.
If your organization qualifies for a sales tax exemption in your state, please indicate this when submitting a quote request or contact us via email. Be ready to provide a valid exemption certificate for verification.
